That keyboard sound you refer to - nothing can beat hearing this live and in person. The whole stadium shakes. When I heard it at the Royal Albert Hall in 2015, the reverberations were so pronounced that it almost knocked the bottle I was holding out of my hand.

The Sound that you hear at the Beginning and at the End it wasn't from the Key Board it was from The Amazing Guitar Playing of David Gilmore, Which will make you appreciate it that much more. ( Go back and re-watch it Closely and you will see it's David.) WOW !!! Mr. Gilmore in My Book is underrated and is one the best Guitar Players out there. Think about it, He doesn't just Play a Guitar he sings through it, He brings it to Live in a way it will touch your heart & Soul..

I've seen this show live at the Rose Bowl two nights in a row 20th row dead center April 1994! David Gilmore is the lead singer and guitarist. What you're watching is, two guitar players, two drummers, two keyboard players the bass player and three back up singers.

Well I was in my 16 yo. when I heard my first Pink Floyd album Dark Side of the Moon... Just came to say that I have found some how at home, an original VHS from the memorable Berlin Concert 1982... when the wall was broken...and just recently I could transfer it for a PenDrive... oh.. good old days...

Thank you for reacting to this amazing performance. This might be my favorite Pulse live performance, but the whole concert is awesome. I suggest 'Run Like Hell' next, but make sure it's the "Restored and Re-Edited" version from Pulse. Other great songs are "Money" and "Keep Talking."

Watching this live was so powerful. The start of this song is among my favorite Pink Floyd moments. Saw them in 94. David Gilmour, my absolute favorite guitarist. Steve Rothery of Marillion is not that far behind though. He also plays so clean, dreamy and melodic. It flows so well.

Excellent reaction, I'd like to suggest you react to 'High Hopes' from the same 1994 Pulse concert. You know it's great for me to see young people, like yourself, enjoying today, the band I love and grew up with back in the 1970s! Also it's quite refreshing to see someone react to Pink Floyd that is intelligent and understands what going on at this performance, you seem to understand how special this band was/is,.... you seem to 'get' Pink Floyd. I've been a huge Pink Floyd fan since the release of their 'Dark Side of the Moon' album in 1973, I was 17 att. They are truly the GOAT in Progressive Rock history, shoot they might even be the GOAT Rock Band in history, let alone Progressive Rock! Especially if you consider the over 450 million albums sold world wide, that's good enough for 2nd place all time, behind only, The Beatles of course. Imo, if Pink Floyd is NOT the GOAT in R&R, it would only be because The Beatles ARE. What can I say about David Gilmour, only that he's been one of my favorite guitarists of all time. I started playing guitar in 1964 after seeing The Beatles on the Ed Sullivan Show in 1964. Playing guitar and growing up in the late 60s and 70s, I had all kinds of great guitarists to aspire to, and David Gilmour was/is certainly one of them. In my top 10 for sure, probably top 5, in general,... for passion, feel and expressiveness, David Gilmour is definitely #1 on my list. Oh, and again, check out 'High Hopes' from Pulse, I believe there's a restored and re-edited version too.

One of David Gilmour's most badass intro's and outro's to any song bar In The Flesh witch you should check out! Couple that with the sonic perfection of all the musical layers made them the best live act through the 90's. WHEN you thought it couldn't get more epic then check out the show closer Run Like Hell!

Was 16 when this show came through my town, it was unreal. Those bass notes during the last solo on this song hit you like shockwaves from artillery cannons. I was sitting a good 100’ from the stage and even then… those bass notes hurt. My ears were ringing for 4 days after that show haha.

Pink Floyd doesn't want you focusing on them. They want you focused on the music. They want you to have a visceral experience. That's why you have the synchronized lighting. They want the visual to move with the music. You should react to Keep Talking. Gilmour's creativity at its best. You should also come full circle and react to the David Gilmour Live in Pompeii concert where he performs almost all of the songs from the Pulse concert. Performs them in the oldest amphitheater on the planet. Gilmour is in his 70s and is still as Powerful as he was in the Pulse concert.

Hi Dereck, nice to you to listen to pink Floyd. Just a precision: quite a lot of pf fans (I'm one of those) have some "cult" relationship with PF, and it's not "cultish" for nothings: that was EXTRA-ordinary... Most of us (from those kind of fans), don't consider "post the wall" as "extraordinary"... I mean, we don't think that it's totally rubbish, BUT it's not THE Pink Floyd which was far away, over everything, disrupting "space time"... It's just another good band... That might explain the few views on those ones, and beware, we are not "the same" kind of fans... A lot of Sorrow and Division Bell listeners are "fresh" listeners who like the floyd like "any other band". Those are not the "hardcore fans", but listen to the hardcore fans: they know what was disruptive and ahead of everything in the context of the release... Not just "a nice tune". It's hard to explain, it MUST sound kind of snobbish, but we, the hardcore fans are sincere in our view, and don't think that because we are snobbish. I don't want to tell what people must like or not, I'm in the point of view of "discovering special tracks" here. Although there's a lot of fun on your channel, and some French made kitsch's choice, trolling just for fun, the French way, so it's ok if it's not "the cream of the cream"... TL;DR: "sorrow" is not what's PF did best. Good yes, but not "mind blowing". Talking about Kitsch, you should check Barry Ryan's "Kitsch" and "Eloise"... Great voice. Iconic from the early 70's.

As someone who considers herself a "hardcore" fan, having been following the Floyd for over 50 years, I have to say that your comments are a sweeping over-generalisation. If you subscribe to the "lyrics are everything" school of thought then you might well feel that AMLOR and TDB are sub par. As someone who feels that the music is the most important part of Pink Floyd I find those two albums simply extraordinary. They took the Floyd back to the time when the music was everything and the lyrics were pretty incidental (Echoes, AHM, etc) which is what I prefer tbh rather than the rather overblown, self indulgence of The Wall and especially TFC. What I'm saying is, you're speaking for yourself, NOT the majority of the hard-core fans. And this isn't a Gilmour v Waters thing, it's a Music over Lyrics thing.
