Love your gorgeous peony wreath - pink is one of my top two colors favored:). Like you, I've always thought the pronunciation of words depends on the location where you reside. One thing that never changes if growing peonies though, be sure you get rid of all the ants required before taking your clipped flower stems inside! :) Thanks for showing us how to make a wreath stand, too! We have plenty of doors to decorate in our cozy home; still astonished there are seven total accessing our kitchen/dining room - lol! So it's fun to decorate each season! Thanks so much for inspiring us again, Nata-Lee! Hugs from OH!

I got down to 5 seconds when my daughter rang me, talk about timing! So I was a wee bit late for the premiere. But oh boy the wreath was absolutely stunning, so beautiful. And I’d never even heard of a wreath stand, but it looked relatively simple to make, and once spray painted in that beautiful black colour, wow the wreath looked again absolutely stunning. I think if I can find the flowers and wreath for about the same price you paid (prices can be really high for good quality flowers here in the UK) I will definitely have a go at making this spring/summer flower wreath. A really interesting video, thank you for sharing xxx

That wreath turned out absolutely beautiful! (And I still love those two huge flowers on your logo.) If I made a floral wreath, I’d use the same colors and flowers that you selected. Peonies are my very favorite flower! And they smell sooo heavenly! I had some bulbs growing at my last house, and they were gorgeous. I didn’t know (until mine bloomed,) that they require ants in order to bloom. (The ants eat the sticky part of the flower bud so that it can open up and blossom.) I’ve bought some peony bulbs to plant this year, so we will hopefully have some fresh peonies next year. 😊 I like the wreath stand. I even have some leftover porch rails I can use... yay!

any time i find myself questioning how to properly pronounce a word (if my kids haven't already corrected me - in which they find great delight), i google "pronounce ........" to make sure i am getting the proper and educated pronunciation. for peonies, it is "pee uh nees". i often hear it pronounced the way you are saying it though and i'm not quite sure what area might be pronouncing it that way. regardless of what you call it, its very pretty!
