I heard that it seems in Wilds because of the seamless quest system, the timer will start when you engage the monster. Which sounds like a massive W for speedrunners. Here's hoping they don't find some other creative way to screw speedrunners

They just make the timer tick twice as fast purely to make speedrun times look worse

@@zephalion7386 oh I did hear that. I think they maybe removed the time LIMIT but it still times you for stats. So you just won't fail a hunt for taking too long. Actually that could be great/terrible for challenge runs, since a lot of the "can you beat monster Hunter without weapons" kinda stuff is just limited by the timer running out

​​@@allosauriaYTYou get a random selection of safi weapons with random elements and status after completing a Safijiva siege. You can also customize the augments on it as well and even give it and armor skill that counts towards a set bonus. It's called the Safi dream splitter. Just keep running the siege until you get it to drop. Unfortunately as of right now you can't get it because it's Kulve rotation rn instead of Safi.

@@allosauriaYT no, when getting safi'jiiva weapons they're random. So you can pick from a random number of weapons (after the siege) and each one is a random weapon and random element. (Bowguns are a lil different)

yea just make sure to get max levels on skills like weakness exploit and critical boost, don't worry too much about skills like attack boost and agitator they are only a minor increase in damage and affinity
