I agree with Emily, if the movie is about women standing up for themselves there is no need for a stylized hero to save them, I feel PINK is way more realistic and grounded as Amitabh is just an ally that helps and not the main character.

@13:10 as the movie title suggests, "vakeel Saab" is the story of a lawyer, who stood up for the weak and oppressed despite the odds especially while providing justice to 3 helpless women. Pink is a movie about 3 girls and what kind of difficulties they've faced and how they got out with the help of a lawyer. In pink, the story is all about consent. Lawyer is a supporting character. In vakeel Saab, the story is all about an honest lawyer on he verge of losing his faith in humanity as the very people for whom he fought for - ended up betraying him(it has some local political real life incidents). And the case of 3 women is considered as the plotline for bringing back to his original mindset

Before i see this video, I hope u are all going to see ‘Jawan’ movie in theatres. I just saw it and believe me, if u even get bored for 1 second ,I will die. There is no chance for that to happen. This is the first time I have seen an action movie with such a beautiful message. The best VFX ever in any Asian movie. Mind blowing stuff It’s a minimum 2 time watch. And for fans it’s a ten time watch

Hi Rima, Emily & Randee, Here the director (Venu Sriram) wanted to convey the original attitude of pawan kalyan of anger about social evil issues in the society, pawan is a social activist and also Political party leader of “Jana Sena Party (J.S.P)”, he always rises his voice anginst environmental, social and Political problems… he generally presides over the political party public meetings in anger and loud tone regarding the corruption issues of ruling party and other social problems, in his older movie of “Jalsa” you can find the social issues like… “Naxal issue” which was started in Bengal later spread to other parts of the country. Now he is trying to make alliance with other political party which was started by senior N.T.R garu “Telugu Desam Party (T.D.P) to contest the 2024 political elections jointly, now T.D.P is Controlled by Son-in-law of Senior N.T.R called Chandra Babu Naidu garu. So, Vakeel saab movie tries to reflect the anger side of pawan in court scene as a activist and also another scene with politician… tries to reflect his fighting spirit of him for the people and justice…

You should watch both the movies first Pink and then Vakeel Saab as well. The main theme is not reduced in remake as well , the lawyer character also has an arc in Telugu apart from the core movie story

The only Hollywood movie which comes to my mind is Jodie Foster starrer The Accused...she had won an Oscar for it....incidentally, Amitabh Bachchan has beaten Marlon Brando, Robert De Nero and Al Pachino to become the star of the century...so, acting wise Pawan Kalyan is nowhere near Amitabh...though we loved Pawan Kalyan and his stylized acting in various movies but Pink is a sureshot winner with credit going to director Shujit Sarkar❤❤❤
