I think your difficulty description of Commando Man is spot on, and on hard mode, it's even more of a pain to avoid taking damage from him thanks to that "bonus" attack he has! Also similarly not that keen on the stage or the music.

She didn't use an emulator. This is a Wii game made in retro style. It's also on 360 and PS3.

You know it would be great to see Roll fight for a change, she is able to beat the likes of ryu, ken, psylock, hulk, ruby heart, frank west, yataman #1 and 2, batsu and many many more. Megaman could use a break you know. Good job on commando man!

Commando Man comes down to luck at several points during the fight. The only way to avoid possible forced damage involves getting under him, and that too often means guessing his jump correctly.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure Roll has proven on several occasions that she's capable of destroying Dr. Wily all on her own. I didn't know so many people wanted this, but I wanted Roll to go crazy and have her be the villian. Dr. Wily in the first fortress, Roll has her second one. GENIUS
