He's used to being in toxic relationships. He wanted me to be as obsessed as he is and chase him. I don't chase. Lol. So, its like, "ummm... good luck with that." He was shocked when I told him not to call me. He was like, "oh wow... okay. I understand." Its been 4 months since the last time we talked. So, I think he got the message. I'm an ♈ and he's a ♐. And yes, we both have trouble with codependency because of childhood abandonment wounds. In his last relationship, he was the helper. And in our relationship, its switched. I felt like his therapist at times. I still have a lot of love for him. But I was like, this is a lot. He has a lot more trauma than me. He didn't want to seek professional help and thats why I broke it off. I am still bummed about it because we genuinely loved being around each other. We could sit in silence for hours and be content. We liked the same things. We even liked similar foods. We shared the same views on finances. These things are hard to find in a life partner. But oh well, life goes on. Someone new will come along.
