I don’t think these beautiful works of art have to have a “use” anymore than knick knacks do. They are simply beautiful keepsakes to love, cherish, enjoy and share. Anytime I receive a handcrafted item, it always serves the purpose of making me feel incredibly special by the person who spent the time and energy to craft an item especially for me. I can’t really think of a sweeter, more thoughtful purpose than that ❤️

I love this!! It's so cheerful. This is a stand-alone. Not a full scrapbook. It's a place to hold one story and any memorabilia that goes with the story - photos, tickets, price tags, the menu, and a swatch of a special fabric, a program. Slide it into your bookshelf and forget about it. As a kid, I was always browsing my mom's bookcase, and I would've eventually come across it and loved it, as well as reading her version of the story.

I adore the simplicity, Michelle. The paper is great. More on the soft side rather than stronger green and red. This is a Xmas card you can mass make for many, as you said. I really do try to do simple, but fail, creating complicated stuff. For Mother's Day, I was determined to create mini folios for 7-8 ladies. After creating 5, I was exhausted and stopped because I just had to complicate it! I was adding lace, tulle-topped pockets, words, fancy tags. It is no wonder I failed to make my quota. LOL. I struggle with that. But not giving up. Thanks for the inspo. And keeping it simple. (❁´◡`❁)

These would also make great multi-gift card holders, as well! Tuck several gift cards into the different pockets, I’d love to receive a gift such as that! They are pretty keepsakes, and could be displayed every year at holiday time as part of your decor, sitting in a pretty basket or on a shelf….or strung on a banner over the mantle. Lots of uses, if you need a use. They are lovely as is, too.

On your glitter strips, did you know you can do two colors? Use a wider tape like 1/4" or 1/2" and lay it down. Exposed the tape and then lay your narrow one on it. It can be down the center or to one side. Sprinkle one color glitter on the exposed tape. Then expose the narrow tape and put down a second color of glitter.
