At 1:10 did anyone else feel Rhea may be hinting that they arent close? They seem very cordial and nice to each other but not close off screen ? Shaheer did it admit that it takes him time consider someone as a friend and appreciate his honesty! I may be reading too much but at 6:38 I felt like Shaheer feels that Rhea thinks she is always right and maybe they have differences of opinion which is why they arent very close?

It could be possible. But there's nothing wrong with not being close to your costars/fellow colleagues. As long as you are doing your job well, and remain cordial to them, its all fine. And besides, I find that both Rhea and Shaheer seem introverted and reserved, so maybe thats why none of them is able to break the ice. But I'm happy that atleast they aren't putting up a fake show of their offscreen camaraderie (like others) and are being honest about it.
