PUSHPA 2 is a mere HARDWORK. Combined efforts of all technicians involved. Kaali song was tan in a setting the entry of which was STRICTLY MOBILE FREE.. They maintained excellent discipline. But it is practically impossible to get that quality movie in near years... It gave boast to theatres n hope that they wont convert theatres to supermarkets atleast for two more years.

sir when producer nagavamsi told that people in bombay did not have sleep he is not talking about general audience but film makers in bollywood because The success of pushpa2 is even bigger and sweeter than one can imagine considering that except for the two lead roles (Allu arjun and rashmika mandana) all other lead actors are not known in north India. It takes a while for bollywood film makers to understand what hit them so hard.I hope Ramgopal varma's prediction will come True that Hindi cinema's biggest Hit is a Telugu film dubbed in Hindi whose hero cannot even speak Hindi.When that becomes a reality it is the final nail in the coffin. that day will be "chullu me paani bhar ke doob maro" moment for bollywood. I honestly believe Hindi film makers will realise and quickly make some good hindi movies with original content to beat Films like pushpa,bahubali, kgf etc to regain their lost position and past glory as the face of Indian cinema.Otherwise it is curtain closure for bollywood when on one day a couple of years from now when all top ten highest grossing movies of India come from dubbed Telugu or kannada,tamil and malayalam movies. All of the Bollywood media ignores Ranveer singh’s contribution. He has had some of the biggest hits when media’s darling Ranbir had the leanest patch for years …filmography wise ranveer’s filmography is filled with superhits, blockbusters and versatile performances. Ranbir was stuck to playing coming of age roles. He isn’t a superstar and is yet to open a movie big on his own capabilities. Animal was out and out Sandeep reddy vanga and his presentation.. even if he had cast shahid it would’ve opened big. Hrithik was a superstar when he arrived that stardom didn’t carry on.. sadly!

I don't understand why these filmmakers say bad things about Bollywood (Hindi Film Industry). No doubt Bollywood is going through a bad phase, but one cannot deny the rich legacy of the Hindi film industry. It is the Bollywood that produced legends like Bimal Roy, Guru Dutt, Hrishikesh Mukherjee, Dilip Kumar, Amitabh Bachchan Raj Kapoor and many more. And films like Mother India, Mughal e Azam, Lagaan etc. The parallel cinema of Hindi film industry, was one of the best in the world. All the filmmakers in rest of India used to take inspiration from Bollywood films and filmmakers. Much love to South Indian film industry, but Hindi film industry is gigantic, it just needs a revival.

Malyalam film is one such industry that is working with groundedness and staying true to their roots bollywood is embracing extreme modernity and disconnecting their original roots where the actual audience are. South films have catered to such audience...

Parallel cinema of Bollywood is great, but it's not considered 'Bollywood' by many as they are struggling on their own.... Mostly have funding issues, or to release their movies or even finding stars to back them By Bollywood the image that comes in mind is that of some rich spoilt brats who are rude, entitled, womanizers who bully people not in their camps .... Not saying this is completely true, but that's the image.... True, Parallel cinema in Bollywood is one of the best in the world and is much ahead of Telugu industry which is only making good low budget movies in the last decade .... But parallel cinema is mainly relegated to OTTs now.... And Mainstream commercial and populist cinema which makes lot of noise.... This is where Bollywood deteriorated and went downhill by only banking on remakes.... And finally lost to Telugu industry!

Honestly on what basis is Pushpa 2 a good film is out of my senses !!! Even i am. a South Indian , Pushpa 2 is simply nonsensical movie with random scenes and cringe dialogues inserted here and there. Also poorly choreographed fight scenes which looks reptitive .....Overall it was terrible experience to watch the movie in theatre Meanwhile a Hindi called Sikandar ka Muqadar starring Jimmy Shergill , Tamanna was a better movie with good content and suspense....
