You can tell that the first caster is talking about the first engage, and is actively describing it, so that is where his focus is. Then the second caster says "ohh the kickback!" because his focus was not required to be on the teamfight, and he was watching the Lee Flank. Casting isn't easy, and takes time and practice, even professional casters make mistakes.
