I am not criticizing, but from my non-league player perspective, why play AP shaco? It appears like you need to play sooo much better than your opponent to win/kill them in lane. Then later you are an annoying chaser/ward machine with boxes basically. Why play like Pink Ward does?

I think he does well enough being able to use his boxes and clones to its full potential, and baiting and manipulating his enemies is what he does best, and that's his kind of playstyle. Also, AD shaco doesn't really do well in top lane obviously, and AP shaco is great in extended fights especially when the enemies are tanky enough that they can't be one shotted simply by an AD shaco. Simply, AD is only good for one shotting single target enemy then get traded out in team fights while AP shaco can poke with well put boxes and burst group of enemies in a well timed and positioned clone with much more outplay ability. But in the end, it is just a matter of preferences , and AP shaco is quite harder than he makes it look compared to being an AD shaco. Regardless, it is fun to watch and rewarding enough for him to out play his enemies, and us as his audience watch him for his unique playstyle and consistent big brain plays, truly that makes him Pink Ward.

Yeah he needs to perform some 200 IQ shenanigans to impact the game in a way most top laners do by playing average. Most team fights he's away poking with E and hoping enemies chase him into boxes. I guess it comes down to having fun.

I stopped after diamond because Riot keep making new unskilled champs that is unbalanced that doesn't need any skill at all, it's like the teenager lol community ask Riot to make easy champs to play with 🙄 Majority of them are children and they're in the spectrum...No wonder kids, teenagers these days go backwards...Listening to garbage songs, playing with unskilled champs....No wonder they're going to backwards lol.
