28:14 at this moment, look at the mini map - Viego kills Ryze and the Viego icon is transformed into... Ryze? Why? Dead Ryze starts walking... wtf is going on???

thats one of his abilities, viego can turn into any dead person as long as the kill is fresh and he is nearby to collect his identity. He basically becomes the champion for short time period
