the higher the elo the better since they depend all the more on team comp and synergy, shaco support's whole job is to destroy the enemy cooperation (i mean as you saw in the video he wasn't dealing almost any damage but he was mostly about starting plays or disorienting the enemies). if you just want to play shaco ap for killplays then just go jungle or top shaco really cant do much dmg without solo gold

nimbus cloak is just so good for the trades and being able to keep backstabbing as they're running away or to be able to disengage if the Q engage goes badly.
