Thanks Shae!! I always have difficulty giving him gifts....but he loves Disney and Lion King is his favorite - so thank goodness for Cindy!! Me too Dierra!!! Apparently - getting info from Peter- his dad has hid his pins like treasure! But Peter says he can be a pirate and is on the search for them now!haha Hopefully he will fill the board with the pins we gave him and you saw and the pins he has collected since Lion King came out!! haha thanks for being here!!

Hey Sara!! I hope he will put the pins up too!!! I had no idea he had so many pins he was hiding from us!! haha Cindy's artwork hopefully brings him to show us all of them. Peter was a little sleuth for us and let us know his dad was hiding his "Treasure" haha The pin board you sent me with Pluto and his friends of pins with that artwork is amazing - I hope to hang with all the artwork and pin boards as soon as I paint another wall in a room with more space - would love a wall of just artwork and pin boards!!! Thank you Michele and Princess Adrian...he really like the board. Although he did ask...."Mom you didn't do this did you??" so he knew Cindy had done it!!haha He knows how long it takes me to accomplish art like that - a long long time!! please let Princess Adrian know I have loved loved looking at her art.....hoping to have another space soon to put up her art among the others to show it off!! Have to decide what paint color to paint the walls Hoping to have up this fall!! Which isn't soon enough - I keep pulling it up and handling it to look at it....I need to hang it so I can admire it more!!!

That Aida cloth is perfect for pins...as the holes don't show when a pin needs to be moved - as much as a cork pin board can....but any pin board is beautiful to me....but Cindy just adds that beautiful artwork to the board!!! I am enthralled with your Castle pin board!!! 🏰🏰

Oh I agree with you!!! When I asked him how 35 felt - he said "Old"...hahah....that's all I could do was laugh!! I think 30-60 were some of the best!! Now seeing how 65 and older is gonna go - but know it's gonna go quick - life is to exciting and sometimes challenging isn't it? But love it!🤩😍🥰

I am having to eventually move all the art and pin boards to a room of their own - the Loungeflys and ears are taking up most of the wall space in the Disney room. I recommend to scotchguard the whole fabric so if it gets dirty, it will be easier to clean the dirt off. 👍😀👍

@coco4disney I have 6 disney cross stitches in my collection. 1 winnie the pooh. 2 mickey and mickey and minnie mouse. 1 disney castle, 2 disney princess themed ones. Some are framed some arent which I do spray the fabrics with scotch guard.

@coco4disney the castle took me atleast 3 months to finish the whole stitch. The details and design using of colors of threads for the castle are so intricate. Sometimes when threads runs out, they're certain colors are so hard to find. Lol.

Oh there is one --- I always look on Pinterest and found so many cute ones for the Lion King!! Almost got one of Mufasa and Simba - as that is his fav part....but thought this one looked like a lot of fun. Got it off Amazon with the material and thread for under $15....take a look....but I do know I saw one of Simba and Nala together too - so cute!!!

Sharing some beautiful artwork with us today did a great job. Fill me in and putting it in a frame.

Hi Sandy!! I bought just the frame - took some of the foam board that has a thin cork layer over it...then a thinner black foam board - Just the size that would fit the frame - or cut it with a exacto knife to fit....pressed it into the frame to just fit...took it out...then began measuring to center the cross stich by the art....strectched out the center to look even - then placed large pins about 4 inches apart from the center to hold. Then I began stretching from one center to the other....pressed very small pins into both the fabric of the cross stitch and into the side of the thicker foam board. Kept doing this and then fit it back into the frame. The extra thickness of the material of the cross stitch had it fit tighter - then put small nails into the back of the wood of the frame close to the inside edge...turn inward to secure the back/black foam board then taped with edges from the foam board and edge of the frame together.....Hope that helps AND thanks for asking!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
