I'v been an avid fan of LBIATHL for 2yrs now. So far sa lahat ng nafeature nya, mura na yang 80k na yan. May ibang umabot ng 150k pa but since tiga new zealand kasi si Bryce, talagang super mura na yan kaysa sa cost ng bahay doon. Even sa mga nafeature nya sa US na mga tiny houses. Less than 100k to 100k ung mga cost nya, almost all pa ay sila ang naggawa. Unless people will use salvaged materials then abot lng ng mga 50-60k. Still naexcite akong nacover mo ang tiny house ni Bryce Architect kasi ganyan na materials ang gusto ko gawin sa tiny house ko 🥰

Thanks and kudos for doing a video about a tiny house. I wish you'd consider part 2 of this video, hoping you might discuss some other aspects that are local to the Philippines - typhoon and earthquake resistance, how to provide some kind of security against burglary. Is it possible to build an off-the-grid shipping container tiny house, considering the local regulations (sanitary, electrical, etc)? Are the construction professionals in the Philippines averse to building this type of houses?
