Oliver! kakasign ko lang din sa Camella pero sa Rizal, at yung maliit lang na bahay because budget :D I hope next time you do a house tour, pwede niyo din po share ano pa ung pwedeng improvements na gagawin maski RFO na yung bahay. Like saan pwede mag-add ng storages.

Na tackled niyo na po ang proper orientation, circulation, thermal comfort, mga tips para maayos ang result ng ipapatayong building, mga common or best materials na pwedeng gamitin sa bahay, mga tips sa pag re-renovate ng bahay and marami pa po, tanong ko lang po Kuya, true po ba na need talaga na magaling ka mag painting like landscape or Portrait daw po as an architecture student to be a deserving and aspiring architect? Kung di niyo pa po kayo nakagawa ng video about sa proper installation po ng beam, roof framing, roofing, and trusses, kung willing po kayong mag share ng knowledge, pwede po pa request? Mahdudes, sa Camella kami nakatira. May mga problem lang talaga pag-nagturnover. Most common are: 1. Na-anay na ang stairs kasi di nilalason ang lupa bago tayuan 2. Sira alulod. Kadalasan yung CR sa 2nd floor may tumutulo na water, minsan sa bulb mismo. 3. Bulok na yero Otherwise, maganda naman at maayos ang bahay. Totoo naman kasi na mahal kung ikaw mismo magpapagawa sa location kung saan andoon yung house, saka asa secured village ka naman. :)

Sa alin, of course magpatayo ng bahay, para kung ano mo ang gusto mo maincorporate sa bahay mo, at isa pa walang katulad ang bahay mo. Makapili ka pa ng mga materiales na gusto mo. I believe it is own by villar…pamahiin lang ang oro plata mata.

Hello mah dudes can i ask question? Hehehe duplex po ang house nmin, nagplan po yung ktbi namin na magextend ng kitchen nila yung division po ng house nmin mga 5ft po yung taas and kmi po wla p nman plan magpayos sila lng po pero nhingi po sila ng hati pra sa gastos sa pagpptaas ng wall nung division nmin. The house was done well but one thing I noticed Architect is yon kitchen walang RANGEHOOD kaya pag nagluto ka ng adobo every corner of the house ay among kitchen na plus yong oil vapor will be in the entire house. Just saying.

sorry po ha but that is model unit so normal na maganda sila. We have a unit sa Alta Silang and pinaka unlikely experience we have with Camella Alta Silang. It has been turned over s amin last October 2021 and we have to apply our own water which is madali lang but it was only this year 2023 of April nalagyan ng Camella Alta Silang ng water pipes from the water meter papasok ng house. Saan po kayo nakakita ng tinurn over n house without water pipes ang house. We won't know that until we had the water applied from Silang Water District but it took Camella Alta Silang, 2 years to install the water pipes. As I checked our unit yesterday May 26, 2023, two of their sink has leak. di din maayos ang windows installed sa unit namin and even the door in the terrace. Our unit is Ella model with terrace and carport. Camella also is only good at marketing but after sales, you can't communicate to them ng maayos since in one year iba-ibang ang mga Account Officer nila, di nagtatagal sa employment. This is not a fair review kc model unit ito. Though their units are spacious, but the quality and even after sales service is NOT NICE AT ALL!
