It has been a while since my last upload. I have been reading all your comments and I truly appreciate all your support sa aking channel. In this episode, I gathered all the most common questions nyo sa akin at minarapat kung sagutin. I guess once and for all. I want to just reiterate that I am not an immigration expert. Everything that I said is solely based on my experience and research.
In this episode, sagutin natin ang mga following questions:
✨ 0:53 - Hindi nakatapos ng college, may chance ba makapag work sa USA?
✨6:18 - May Nanny jobs po ba sa USA for Filipino?
✨ 8:28 - May kamaganak po ako na gusto akong ihire, anu po ang dapat kong gawin?
✨11:15 - Dapat po ba ako magbayad ng labor certificate sa employer?

Panu po pag housekeeper po aaplayan ko sa US? Willing din po kasi na tulongan ako ng employer ko financially din po. Possible po ba na ma approve ako?

Wala po kasing visa for housekeeper job for OFW from Philippines. Hindi naman po nila sinabi kung bakit. Possible po na hindi kayo maaprove. Sorry po.

Sorry that you got denied. Try nyo na lang po ulit. Misrepresntation po kasi yung magtourist kayo sa USA pero ang totoo po is para magwork. No-no po sya. Unless may work visa po kayo.

Most likely hindi ka mabibigyan ng visa for work visa kasi wha you are doing is misrepresentation. Meaning if you are applying for tourist visa, ang purpose mo is mamasyal and hindi magtrabaho. Trained ang mga immigration officer to tell if you are going to us for tourism ba talaga or for work. I am sorry that you got denied. Also, wala kasing visa for domestic helper / nanny. (I just assumed) especially if from Philippines, China or India.
