Kaya pala nakita ko na medyo tumaba ako sa hospital in just 3 weeks dahil pala yung kinakain is luto talaga ng chief guided by dietician. Protein pala kailangan natin para magkalaman hindi lang basta kain ng kain pero wala naman palang sustansya. Thank you pinoy md

Impossible honestly, babalatan pa yung mga kung ano ano, and huhugasan pa mga gamit na nagamit, put it around 30-45 mins…
