Umm.. no bashing intended but crunches and abs training wont make your tummy FLAT! In any exercise you do, engage your core and mostly focus on weight and resistance training! Dun po tayo magkakaron ng flat tummy or abs! Ang ab workout po ay nagpapalakas lang ng core natin! At kapag nasa lowest body fat percentage na po tayo, tsaka lang po lilitaw ang abs. And cardio exercises dont strengthen the MUSCLES! On the term itself "cardio" it is an exercise for the heart! It is actually bad for the muscles if you do TOO MUCH CARDIO as it causes muscle wasting! Do weight training instead to strengthen and build muscles! Women wont get bulky lifting weights since we dont take naman enhancers and supplements! Please po do more research before giving out wrong info to the public!
