I love your shoe making vlogs. I took the in person class which was great. Shoes looked great but far too tight So if I make more I’ll have to splash out on custom made lasts I find the toe and heel stifferners too hard (like steel capped work boots) so need to find a solution To that too. I’m in awe of your creativity and how you are designing your own shoes, brilliant These are fantastic

So on the subject of shoe regret,,, There was a pair of Gucci GOLD knotted leather caged booties... open-toed... they zipped up the back with a perfect heel... stunning! I saw them in Nordstrom rack, I think... I tried them on but did not buy them. They were not a practical purchase at all! Later, I found Sam Edelman GOLD knotted leather caged ballet flats! I am in a wheelchair now so they were really ideal and practical. If "you can't always get what you want, but sometimes you get what you need" was a pair of shoes! I am actually delighted to talk about this here because no one else would care to hear this story. I should have bought two! The knotted leather broke in a couple spots... I don't think I can fix them. 💔
