For affordable fabrics try Janta Nagar market on bhatar road that's opposite to sangeeta steel...actually it's Guru Nanak Hospital lane on bhatar road.. U will get all kinds of fabrics on cheaper rates n they give discount too.. Regent mall is too expensive.. I don't live in India and visit Surat yearly or so as its my hometown.. After much exploring I discovered these fabric shops n found it so affordable.. These shops are crowded with boutique owners, designers, n ladies n girls carrying pics in their phone for fabrics n ideas for their desired outfit.. U should try there to get in your budget outfit...
