I took a java class (programming) in my undergrad, it was really fun! It was challenging, definitely, but its a lot of trial and error, a lot of creativity in coming up with solutions and a great feeling of accomplishment once you get the solution. I had a lot of fun! It was about the same amount of work as my other classes, just less studying but more time actually doing the assignments.
