With all due respect, why do almost all clergy only mention Ukraine and the Holy Land as areas of international conflict and almost always leave out Nigeria and other African countries where there are present day martyrs? Priests being murdered, the laity being shot and beheaded. It’s a bloodbath in Africa. Please let us pray for the heroic African Catholic martyrs

I am from Suriname 🇸🇷, South America and I have prayed the novena everyday since it started on March 12. I don’t know if there are any other catholics in my country that pray along but I feel as if I’m sort of a representative of my country to our Lady 😊. We’re a small country with lots of problems but I believe She won’t forget us even if there’s only one person praying. Glad to hear moral clarity from Cardinal Burke when there is moral confusion coming out of the Vatican. We are living in a dangerous time with WW3 looming large with the expanded war front in Israel as our Blessed Mother called for a nine-day novena in Medjugorje. God intervened through our Blessed Mother to save my marriage there 16 years ago having had nine consecutive days of Eucharistic Adoration. I am excited about the nine-month novena started by Cardinal Burke requesting our Lady of Guadalupe's intervention for America as we head into the November presidential election. Pray for the conversion of hearts to know and love God's natural law on the sacredness of marriage and the sanctity of life. God bless!

I wanted to point to the final comment of the podcast version of your discussion: his Eminence’s reminder that the dead, even those in the Church Suffering, care for and pray for us. My mother Ma Socorro Rivera died a month ago. I’ve been blessed by her prayers all my life, but now even more!

The turmoil the lay people have endured with Transcendental Meditation (Buddhism) and Psychology (Jung) and total turmoil in the 60's, and 70's plus.few resources but a Massachusetts radio station with one show with a priest telling us to open the churches as they had all been shut during the day and only a cassette from Bishop Sheen and musician John Talbot. Dark Times they were.
