Siri Miri- c/ Mayor,4 Bar Gandarias - c/ 31 de agosto,23 (beef was amazing!) La Vina for the cheesecake Atari (I think) for pork cheek? In Bilbao, loved Mercado de le Ribera in particular (you'll see that in the video!) Enjoy!

I don't know if the best Basque Burnt Cheesecake is the one from La Viña bar, but they were the ones who invented that cake and made the recipe public so anyone could make it.
