Your videos are super helpful and interesting! I'm from Finland, which is where the English word sauna comes from. But our sauna is very different to what you have! It's more hot, you can only stay maybe 5-15 minutes. And there is a stove where you throw water to make the air damp. Also, usually everyone goes in naked :P After sauna we love to swim in a cold lake.
