TRYING MY BEST - Predecessor Gameplay

Zarus is a solid hero in predecessor right now, but this game i'm playing him mid lane. He can be okay in mid, as he is harder to deny farm from than other mid laners, although his kill pressure is quite lacking in the 1v1, so it has upsides and downsides. Jump into predecessor and play some zarus!

Pinzo, love the content. You and JYT taught me everything about pred. This is my first moba and I’ve made it to plat with my only knowledge being your videos, so thank you. Do you know of any content creators that play support frequently? For some reason it’s my favorite role but it seems like the top players typically shy away from that role

Greystone offlane build would be really cool to see, I run that a lot and do sky splitter, onixian, mutilator, rapture, basilisk at some point. I change up the order too spending on the hero. I’m new so I’d like your thoughts on that

Not him, but that's considered a carry build in my opinion. It's not like it's inherently bad, it just doesn't mesh well with the up close playstyle of greystone and more importantly his kit. More specifically, his ult will have reduced efficacy if you have almost no extra hp built until 5th or 6th item. Might want to consider some different bruiser items, which are very good right now for a game or two and see how it goes. You'll still do a ton of damage with overlord and rapture (ETA: 1st and 2nd), but you'll have way more survivability which will let you stick around to do even more damage. You want rapture 2nd on any bruiser atm until they nerf it imo.

@@3EyeWand3r3r i’ve seen some glass cannon greystones with similar builds … it really depends on if you’re going tanky (best suited) or just wanna run through someone ult,. and run away lol

@ It can work if the grey gets ahead of the lobby. Just super easy to punish and falls off hard late game.

Why onixian? It’s a waste of an item on grey. You already have sky splitter. Earth shaker instead of onixian would be better

The Iggy here. Pretty rough game overall. I thought similar after that last fight, that I shoulda jump/ulted the Sky out of the air. Was just too slow and her ult hit us both, unfortunately. 😢

Man I’ve been saying the map needs to be bigger for so long rotations are way to fast, easy, and safe. Maybe hot take: maybe I’m not the only one but give a carry flight with no character designed to deal with it specifically was a bad idea.

When they get Prime Fang as their 1st fang. Does the increased buff duration apply to that fang? Or is it the for buffs after that
