patch 1.1 is here in predecessor, and with it we got Skylar! She's a pretty solid hero, but she's pretty broken right now! This is my current tier list, mostly aimed at ranked play, so get in there with your new knowledge and play some ranked with those top tier heros!!

@@andreamartano1563 Overseer: New item, gives your ultimate more damage. Wraith Leggings - Pierce and Movement. Oblivion Crown - Bonus Magic Power. Lifebinder - Magical Lifesteal. Megacosm - Damage over time through magic damage. Spirit of Amir - Lifesteal and more magic power conditionally.

I love playing Kira but I constantly get pushed in and never have wave prio because her waveclear sucks. Any tips on builds or strategies to help with that?

Stormbreaker is good for wave clear, especially for kira

You dont get prio with Kira through wave clear. You get it through poke threat. Stand by pillars, rmb + auto adc or supp, then move back to pillars to drop minion aggro. Setting up a gank or need to posture a freeze to create a window to recall in 45 seconds? Rmb adc or supp to pull agro then walk back, the wave will follow. Rinse and repeat and you will get a perma freeze every time on demand. Kira is a boxing character, not a afk minion clearing character, play her like it.

Is this tier list at all related to the win rate & pick rate percentages from paragon ranked players omeda city?? Feel like that’s the most reliable source of info, no?

Yes and no. Win rates and pick rates are simply that: they are just numbers. So they can tell some of the story, but there is so much more nuance then just win/pick rate in high elo. It is a good starting place tho!

No way. Those rates take into account only those with .city accounts firstly, and then the rates will heavily favor whatever the average elo is for those with accounts. Pinzos list will be more relevant to those in higher elos and from his specific perspective. And in low elos neither Omeda.city nor a Pinzo tier list will be quite as relevant. So you have to tailor the information you’re looking at to your specific situation. And more information and more perspectives filtered through your situation and experience is always better than picking one over another.

I can definitely say as a Sev main, he is definitely S tier. Fireblossom, tainted guard, Orb of enlightenment, and Prophecy are a must. And yes Riktor is broken. He definitely needs a hard nerf.

can I ask u something? prophecy scales with magical power but u build sev tanky, so what's the point of running it?

@@alessandro8994 so for me and my way of thinking is that sevs abilities are all scaling with magic damage correct? So you really cant count on his auto due to it scaling with physical which means your heavily reliant on his abilities which requires you to have heavy investments in magic damage and maybe ability cooldowns while also juggling items for defense. If you make the investment into prophecy, you still gain magic damage which obviously helps with your abilities but also you get a boost to attack speed which may not be a big deal but because the item also adds on magic damage to your auto and a set percentage from your total magic damage too add on then the boost to attack speed makes sense which means you can be less reliant on your abilities which is also means your less likely to run out of mana but if you do run out of mana, no problem because you can still keep dishing magic damage with your auto so it's a win win.

It’s the worst and most uninspired item in any moba I’ve ever seen. I can’t believe it even made it into the game. It’s literally “when doing ability damage do extra damage based on your magical power”. As if your magical abilities didn’t already do that lol
