Decent unit for the price but you can’t adjust the brightness level??? That to me is a real issue when you have the unit mounted up high like I have to in my car. Also mine came missing a stereo wire (pioneer QC is slipping) and the memory power supply wasn’t even plugged in. This coupled with the fact that my last (much more high end) pioneer unit no longer supports wireless apply CarPlay is making me reconsider them in the future.

I'm looking into this unit so don't own it yet. But the manual fort online mentions you can adjust the brightness. And Wireless CarPlay not supported is interesting as I believe Apple doesn't charge the stereo companies for it so should never be revoked. Are you sure it's not a CarPlay update that failed or something? Old phone?
