Great video Brian excited for the new gear coming out I would love to buy a new controller however everything is out of stock! Can’t believe we still have supply chain shortages and issues. Hopefully things start moving quickly. Thanks for the PSA

I love the height on this, much smaller in height than the Rane One and Prime 4. Also it has weight and a stronger structure to it, not like a typical cheap toy feel as other Pioneer boards come off as. One thing Pioneer suffers from is horrible microphone quality. Hopefully they addressed it with the Rev 7. Now all Pioneer need to do is make a 4 channel, stand alone version with its own 10" screen keeping it thin yet well built.

Wish they had Qbert samples built in the on board Scratch bank samples. What a missed opportunity 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️

16 tracks more than enough?

Very nice but the battle dj isn't going to use the pitch as much and without a tone arm there is nothing in the way so I don't see the point in putting the pitch up there. Mix dj use it all the time and it's just more convenient on the side. For me it's a reason to choose a different option
@briank37992 жыл бұрын
The point is pioneering every other brand has 20 different controllers out so yes make one with a pitch up there why not you going to have 20 different models you don't want them all the same. You got enough options to choose from if you don't like the pitch controls up there you got 19 other models to choose from

Brian, call me a weirdo. I’m old school. I still prefer turntables. Although I do have a controller for those smaller events, like backyard events.

Would you prefer Rane Twelves over turntables?
@djmajestic21962 жыл бұрын
@@gaffle-411 I have played on the Rane Twelves. Defeats the purpose because they’re the same size as a regular turntable. The whole point of a controller (for me) is that it’s compact. (Vestax VCI-400). Small, compact and gets the job done.
