How do you back spin on the ddj sx3 ?
@LayaLightning Жыл бұрын
@djsqueeze fx pad button then pads 4 and 8 have forward and back spin or you can simply pull the jog wheel towards you to get the same effect

Iight this was one of the best transition dj’s I’ve seen on cross fader so far...best use of effects imo

The switching between the Tyga tracks at different keys was so sick. haha

Great routine! I have always enjoyed when a dj sneaks in some legit drum & bass during a top 40 set at a bar scene and can maintain the room! Makes it way more interesting for the O.G. heads up in the scene!!!

Love the SundayDJSkills session. Outside of pre-selected track and pre-set cue point, the thing I have to improve is hands speed and timing to properly execute all this sudden changes. I guess the only way to get hand speed is just repeating the process over and over until I become like a Kung Fu master that my hand will move without thinking.
@jamesmcconnon26 жыл бұрын
You are correct, one day your brain telling you what you want to hear will naturally move your hands in the way you want Give it time and continue to be patient man :)

@joor86896 жыл бұрын
@@RobbeYT if you open the sample panel in Serato, you see, off course, all the samples you have loaded... On the right top of every sample slot you see a percentage. This is the pitch! Click on it and drag the mouse up for higher pitch and down for lower pitch! Hope it helped you 😀

Hi, how do I go about changing the crossfader curve to fast? For some reason my is set between slow & fast, I tried moving it to fast (for scratching) but is grayed out and can't move it. I'm using the same controller (DDJ-SX3) & Serato DJ Pro. Thanks

@jasonhaskin45796 жыл бұрын
Great video guys. !!!! Have a quick question? Sometimes when I’m playing a track the bpm tends to change ? As it’s playing? Is it because it’s not gridded correctly? If so can u show us how to grid music the proper way ? Thx so much guys !!!!!!
@memereview74156 жыл бұрын
its not a properly analyzed tune then, its trying to analyze on the go, like if you chucked a usb full of songs unanalyzed by rekordbox into some cdj's it would constantly change the value of the bpm relative to the current part

Go see them live in a club if you want to dance. These are skill videos squeezed into a few minutes, 'dance' videos would have to be much longer and boring to watch tbh.
