I believe you can by downloading their compatible app which will allow for KZbin and stuff to be watched through usb

It might have a remote that is sold seperately … but it does not have one included in box

I believe so yes .. it has weblink which allows you do watch KZbin from my understanding .. it also has AV input on back of unit .. so with the right type of cables , you could get video in that way as well

Would look good in my opinion . I believe maestro makes a wire harness for that vehicle that will retain a lot of features as well
