Nice! Are Pioneer still at the forefront of technology (& reliability!) of these units, or are they losing pace to Sony, Kenwood & Alpine?

pioneer is the fav the kenwood 10,1 is also a good un but after 2 years android auto doesnt work in the flag ship unit because of legal bugs regarding the safety of trucks using it , very frustrating

What's the difference between the SPH-EVO107DAB-UNI, SPH-EVO107DAB-UNI2 and SPH-EVO107DAB-1D? The technical info on Pioneer's site is woefully bad..

id say its like the evo 950 the radio plus extras like a cage set up or extras to go with specific vehicles like the ducato camper platform

As far as I know, the UNI comes with a 1 DIN adapter, the UNI2 comes with a 2 DIN adapter... but I don't know how the UNI differs from the plain "SPH-EVO107DAB", wouldn't that need to have some kind of 1 or 2 din fitting kit? Honestly its insulting to the customer to make it so you have to be sherlock holmes to figure out what the hell they're even selling

@@bst857 Hey, thanks, that's what I understand. Do the Pioneer units come with installation instructions? There's only user manuals available online with no installation instructions in them..
