Yes, I did not fix the CD player. I used paint polish to fix the cloudy plastic. The grease I used to lubricate the gears was a grease specifically designed for lubricating plastic parts, it is often used to lubricate printers.

@@TE. the exact replacement for this Pioneer component is: SF-P101N. Take note that there are 2 variants of SF-P101N so should check that out.

This pioneer compo lens unit is commonly faulty at this point. I have many pioneer units restored with the replacement lens mech SF-P101N (Used by XR-VS55, VS77, VS99 and VS200)

Халтурщик ! конденсаторы для высокочастотников нужно было чем-то закрепить на корпус намертва потому что от вибрации от баса они могут отвалиться или замкнуть вобще плюс на минус.😮
