Hi Mike. Is there a way to customise the loop pads so that the biggest loop is 16 beats, not 8?

not that i am aware of ...however , you can set a 8 bar loop and double it using the cut loop buttons just above jog wheel ...i have used this method on my cdj900 nexus for a while now , no problem and you do get used to it

My question asked and answered without me saying anything! Hmm not sure if I'll be able to get used to that? 16 loops are usually major parts of my mixes and occasionally I'll use a 32. Currently I have a ddj ergo v, so as you can imagine this will be a HUGE step up for me. I was kind of torn between this and the original rx but after watching this vid it seems like the rx2 is a no brainier. Better screen/search/slight improved feel on the jog and 8 pads. Maybe if I had an original rx I'd be unsure but what's the point in buying the old rx when the brand new one has just been released lol!

Tom Barrett I went thru that on every single piece of equipment I bought, mixar duo, s9, stanton st8, numark tt250, wego 3, yorkville subs, ect...She hates anything to do with DJING. I'm scared to tell her I'm buying one of these lol
