Pip and Estella - My Immortal

This is my first Great Expectations video. It is about Pip and Estella's relationship and is set to My Immortal. I've enjoyed editing this video and I hope you all enjoy too :D

This is my favorite adaptation so far, and I have read the book a couple of times as well as watched all the existing adaptations I can find. The fact that it doesn't adapt the book literally yet captures its essence makes it more memorable to me.

wow. this blew me away. great job. :) im a huge fan of the book, i only saw the first two parts of the adaption, i was a bit disappointed. :( they tweaked it far too much, what the hell was that kiss? seriously, it never happened haha. Estella will be forever heartless, incapable of love because that was the way she was reared sadly. but this video was so beautiful. :) Loved it

I read the book myself and it was a wonderful story. Estella is not completely heartless. In the book she didn’t want to hurt Pip because she had a higher regard for him than most of the men she deceived. She didn’t have romantic feelings for him but she did care about him in her own way. That’s my interpretation of her character anyway.
