This video demonstrates the operation of an endless mineral wool pipe section machine, designed and built by TLT - Innovative Technical Solutions. The machine operates continuously and only requires 1 (one) operator.

Great, new idea compared to batch-operated machined that I have done work with. Still quite slow, but probably also costs only fraction of the price of batch operated machine. It also needs raw wool rolls to be somewhat the right density and width as the batch operated just rolls an additional layer of wool around the cern if more density is needed (and of course changes different cerns and molds if larger sizes, up to ~D500 mm are being made) :)

I install this home made insolation. The worst material to work with .like its fron the dollard store .step-up guys .very fragile .its not ROXOL ,i know you could do better...heads up..
