PIPE SPACING CALCULATION IN PIPING DESIGN

This is minimum spacing for bare pipe. For insulation, space to be increased accordingly.

There is no chart for pipe spacing, this is the only formula all we use. Or let me know which chart u r refering

Yes,from OD to OD, provided no thermal expansion.

It's always one size higher. But it also upon process flow requirements. It depends on both.
