Get some black onyx coco powder. Use it when you make chocolate buttercream. You won't need a drop of black food coloring! Amazing!

FYI, in the US there are two major brands of piping tips (nozzles): Ateco (more complete, but only available through cake decorating shops) and Wilton (available at most craft stores and party stores); for most of the standard tip designs, they use the same numbers. The big round nozzle looks equivalent to a Wilton 1A, the most common large open star similar to your first tip might be a Wilton 4B or (if they still make it) a 172. The smaller star looks close to a Wilton 32...
