@@MarcUlm Prices have gone up quite a bit. Now that I am actually very close to buying one everyone basically added 200 - 300 KEuros to the price 5 years ago!

@@rainerzufall689 Sounds great! Which one are you looking at? Maybe I know it as I shooted nearly all of them in Germany which are for sale.

@@MarcUlm It initially caught my interest about 7 years ago for some reason. I guess since then I have seen them all come and go on the market. Got my PPL and am pretty far with my CB-IR now while arranging financial stuff. There have always been ads that claim useful loads in the high 1300lbs ranges, some even going over 1400lbs while the majority settles around 1200lbs, which is - as we all know - next to nothing. I wonder where these differences in useful load come from. Any ideas? By being close to buying one I meant something like "maybe this year finally". I have to complete my CB-IR and then get HPA first. And I an not sure whether I should spend more than 800 KEuros on one. As with many real estate prices that seems an bit excessive for a 30+ years old airplane.

Hmm, I suddenly remembered this comment and have to add: I finally got a 310P. The Jetprop is cool, but I realized that a Jetprop is either poorly equipped when it has a high useful load or it is simply a lie. And most of the time both. For me and the family it simply is the wrong airplane. That said I am very pleased by the performance and economy of the 310P.
