I’ve been in a situation as this on the ILS approach and it’s not fun at all popping the boots and keeping that heat hot on the windscreen and when you ask for lower to get out of this for a warmer temperature altitude is always good.

Your Right is was probably only trace! Have to figure this was after a decent from 24,000 feet thru 11,000 feet of clouds.. Was light at best!
