Total respect, Blaz. The amount of times I hear pilots blaming everything but themselves… But, as you said yourself, you learnt something. I tip stalled a Spitfire a couple of months back and learnt something from that too. Every mistake makes us a better pilot. You are lucky that the plane has so little damage. I look forward to seeing it fly again. Of course, while you are repairing the nose you may as well fit an engine while you're at it! Robert: you get the prize for the funniest quote: 'It's a beginners plane but you have to fly it like a professional'!

Get all fixed, fly it again and you WILL love it. Cubs are famous for tip stalling. It tip stalled. He recovered it. Then he hit the throttle and it torque rolled. He also torque rolled it on takeoff. Wings have no life at low airspeed. Wing tips on cubs have no lift at low airspeed. You can't mash the throttle on a Cub at low airspeed.

I was so pissed off I was going to throw it in the bin, but someone took it off me and fixed it up. He also crashed it. He fixed it up again and gave it to another guy, he also crashed it. Luckily the plane can be fixed and fly again. I think the problem was in the ratio of aileron to rudder. Too much aileron on the turn and the plane didn't have enough lift to come around the turn. It was a good flight til that last turn. The plane could have been totaled! But is is almost without a scratch. I will hope to see it again. Maiden flights are always learning flights. Sometimes the crash is a total broken plane that will never fly again. This was a lucky learning lesson.

Never mind Captain Blaz. I know you will fix it and fly it again. Just an idea for Gas enthusists. You could install a sound card and speakers so you could hear it🤣😂🤣😁

First I thought this video was from last years summer or so, because captain Blaz wearing a t-shirt, but then I realised it being from yesterday. You are really lucky having such nice weather this time of the year. I live in Vienna only a couple hundred kms away and it‘s rainy and cold and windy. Nevertheless your videos are so much fun to watch and so close to real pilot life - you know what I mean 😉 I could feel the pain captain Blaz must have had in this moment. But a couple minutes of diagnosis later he was already looking forward to his redemption flight again. Thank you for showing us those less lucky moments though. Please tell how the repair and redemption flight went. Cheers 👋
