It's Stuart's version of "The Herring Wife". I first heard it played impeccably in the late 1960s by the late Pipe Major Angus MacDonald ('Big Angus', ex-Scots) at a ceilidh in London: I recorded the sound on tape at the time and learned to play it from that recording - what a player Angus was too.
