Good one brother...Your steps were spot on...On your experience is it necessary to provide CP underground insulated , heat treaced pipe...Once agian thanks

Thanks for the information.... Have you made a excel sheet or something for this..... Plus is there a software which you can recommend to use for this
@gourisankarsamanta7670Ай бұрын
@@2101643 there is no software, it is manual Calculation only.

Can i have sacrifcial zinc anode to my Trampoline mat just screw it in the frame? And preventing rust?
@gourisankarsamanta76705 ай бұрын
Yes, it will work.

@@gourisankarsamanta7670 it hasnt to be in to water as they using for boats or using any electricity. It just will work and prevent my Trampoline to rust??

The best I have seen so far in this regard... Thank you very much. Just wanted to continue explain the monitoring procedure after installation, the problems might be faced, and troubleshooting required if needed. That would be great and appreciated if another video posted by you in this regard.

I made same calculation but i am getting incorrect answer. 3) 1.197 mA and Rh in calculation 4) 1.192Ohm why?

In step 3 we should not divide Jc/1000 insted we need to use Jc as it is since it is unit is ma/m^2 then we will get answer 1.197A

Step 4 some mistake in unit conversion. Can you please check. I used 0.0521 instead of 0.00159 then only getting answer. why did we calculate Resistance of ground bed?
@yahshuatabilog71634 ай бұрын
the reason why you need to calculate the resistances of ground bed is to check what is the best anode to use, anode is base of what resistances of soil so if that is high resistances low resistant may changes the factor of what kind of anode you should be use, in onshore nearby sea we use zinc anode because it has a low resistances and we use magnesium anode in desert area because of its high resistance compatibility beacasuse magnesium anode has a high voltages , exceeding 2 000 ohm-cm. that is why magnesium anode is widely us in remote area

Hello Sir, Does a Hot water vessels located above ground, For instance, at a 20m height needs sacrificial anode?
@gourisankarsamanta76707 ай бұрын
Water vessel can be installed over a supporting steel structure. Above ground structure or pipeline or vessel does not need any cathodic protection, needs only painting.

Thank u sir But first question is which underground line need cathodic protection?
@gourisankarsamanta76707 ай бұрын
It may be any underground line, like water, air, etc. To protect the Pipeline from corrosion, we need to provide cathodic protection system.
@danielodeliro24127 ай бұрын
@gourisankarsamanta7670 is there any standard or other reference for this question?
@rajmariappan6 ай бұрын
@danielodeliro2412 . All underground Pipelines subject to corrosion due to the oxidations are required cathodic protection. For example. all carbon steel pipes are required Cathodic protection. There is no specific standard for this but this will be recommended by the corrosion engineer.
