செய்முறை
1.முதலில் வெங்காயத்தை வறுக்க வேண்டும். அதற்க்கு ஒரு கடாயில் எண்ணெய் மற்றும் மெலிதாக நறுக்கிய பெரிய வெங்காயம் சேர்த்து நன்கு வறுத்து வைத்து கொள்ளவும்
2. அடுத்து முட்டையை வறுக்கவும். அதற்க்கு ஒரு கடாயில் மஞ்சள் தூள், மிளகாய் தூள், உப்பு சேர்த்து கலக்கவும்
3. அந்த கலவையில் வேகவைத்த முட்டையை கீறி கடாயில் சேர்த்து நன்கு வறுக்கவும்
4. அடுத்து ஒரு குக்கரில் நெய், எண்ணெய், பட்டை, அன்னாசி பூ, ஏலக்காய், கிராம்பு, பிரியாணி இலை, மெல்லிதாக நறுக்கிய பெரிய வெங்காயம், பச்சை மிளகாய் சேர்த்து நிறம் மாறும் வரை வதக்கவும்
5. வெங்காயம் பொன்னிறமானவுடன், இஞ்சி பூண்டு விழுது, பொடியாக நறுக்கிய தக்காளி, தேவையான அளவு உப்பு சேர்த்து நன்கு வதக்கவும்
6.இந்த கலவையில் சேர்க்க ஒரு மசாலா தயிர் செய்ய வேண்டும். அதற்க்கு ஒரு கிண்ணத்தில் தயிர் ,காஷ்மீரி மிளகாய் தூள், மல்லி தூள் ,மஞ்சள் தூள், கரம் மசாலா தூள் சேர்த்து நன்கு கலக்கிய பின்பு வதக்கியவற்றுடன் சேர்க்கவும்
7. அடுத்து பொடியாக நறுக்கிய கொத்தமல்லி இலை, புதினா இலை ,முப்பது நிமிடம் தண்ணீரில் ஊறவைத்த பாசுமதி அரிசி சேர்த்து குக்கரை மூடி பத்து நிமிடத்திற்கு வேக வைக்கவும்
8. சூடான மற்றும் சுவையான முட்டை பிரியாணி தயார்
9. இது போன்ற பிரியாணியை வீட்டில் உள்ள குக்கரை வைத்து எளிய முறையில் செய்யலாம்

Hai Hema..Ur channel n ways of presentation r elegant!.. I like it.. For this recipe, fried onions need to be added as final step, after opening of cooker, then only it's giving onion flavor..if added before itself, onion r getting soaked in masala itself making fried onions to be no use..
