Pirate Island | The Sims 4 Speed Build [CC + links + tray files]

So I teased this build in a comment reply in like march or something? I'm so happy that it's finally done! This build is literally inspired by my friend's boat house in Minecraft lol. We made a whole port village next to it and even moved in some villagers (bad idea, they can't swim very well and they kept drowning under our builds, but I assure you that the builds themselves looked cool).
