We went to this show last Friday (the 13th). We had done the one in Myrtle Beach a couple of years ago. I enjoyed it more, only because they had more room. It was the old Dixie Stampede. The ships were back to back, and they also had a pre-show. I knew that this one would be different because of having less room. I think they did a good job with it though. We had a great time, and enjoyed ourselves. Btw....it will always be Dixie Stampede to us too!

This is similar to the medieval show at Excalibur in Vegas . They served soup, chicken and a turnover for dessert. You eat with your hands! It was fun and I got it included in my vacation package

So glad y’all enjoyed it Will, it looked like the show was well put together. Comparing their show to the one in Myrtle Beach it seems since their venue is smaller you have a more intimate experience with it. The one in Myrtle Beach is bigger but really not as close up as this one is.

It looks like they had knives, forks, and spoons for you to eat with. When we went to Dolly Parton Stampede in Branson, we had to eat with our fingers. A couple next to us brought their own sturdy plasticware to eat with. I wish they had informed us we would not have utensils to eat with so we could have brought some.

Was just at Stampede (Dixie) in Branson. Saw 8:00 show. Some of the food was cold. Can't wait to see the Pirates show. Who doesn't love Chops Chicken and Mac & Cheese. Of course they serve the same Turnover at both shows.

I agree it would be neat, but I get why they wouldn't. They have to stick with a crowd- pleaser. Something that most everyone would enjoy, including kids. And most kids are gonna pick chicken over fish. Plus, if everyone had fish, the whole place probably wouldn't smell that great. lol

Go to the Smoky Mountain Deer Farm before it gets too cold, I promise you won’t regret it! Not like other petting zoos and a truly unique experience 🦌

Didn't care for this show at all. The meal was just bad... right now pork chop is just a small slice of ham instead. Chicken was greasy and not crisp at all. Sides were one small ear of corn and a super dry hockey puck of a potato. The show itself was hard to hear with the performers wearing masks.
