Wait. If you had already completed Cool Ranch, and promoted bonnie, Deacon comes back to life for one scene. That'd be heckin' weird.

in the kane fight there is 2 deacons, so after you destroy him at the end of cool ranch he builds 2 more at some point, same with all the other armada high command people you destroy so not that weird now it would be weird if you have gotten catbead by that point or if you have not started the war between barleycorn and valencia yet

If I recall correctly, it used to be that you'd instead try to escape the battle (that 2x2 at the far right being the trigger), as there'd be too many Clockworks for you to defeat. Now it just looks a little silly, you defeat Deacon's troops and he just...gives up? There isn't even any dialogue or anything, it's as anticlimactic as possible. That's also probably why the Marines don't drop chests, even now when you do defeat them.

Yeah I don`t know why it was changed it was fine as is. Her first promo is also changed, instead of talking to Lucius Fox they made a completely new NPC in Skull Island most likely for free to play players. You can see the original fight in this video here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hHfVgGiugq1-hNE

@@caz1014 It is nice that they let you promote Bonnie without paying now, but I feel like the paywall should've been extended to let you get into Gullet instead. I know, less money, but I'm not talking about a huge extension - I think you should be able to do everything in Skull Island Skyway, but get hit with the paywall upon trying to get into Flotsam. That still leaves a cliffhanger to incentivise paying at least until you finish Chapter 1. Apparently Sam/Blind Mew wanted to do that, and would still like to, but of course issues of money are always so hard to compromise with - especially when the players can't talk to the ones making the call.

I think it`s just a writing thing. Sometimes you don`t wanna just use the same word over an over again, so you`ll see different words but with similar meanings.
