Pirate101 Skeleton Key Boss Duck of Death

Old scratch promotion and quest coming this week. This boss has a few things going for it, noteworthy would be the handblasters because they give 3 burst fire cards, the damage however is very lackluster. The drop rate feels like moo manchu all over again. However the one thing i can say for the hat is pretty good. It supposedly gives 3 jobu's kiss cards, allowing anyone to Aoe their health back.
