Why not make slots in back part on bracket to slide nuts into, maybe size the slots for optional nylon locking nuts? Also maybe some extra width in the slot for a flat washer so as to spread the pressure a bit.

Ciao Da qualche giorno ho modificato la centralina e nello specifico ho dato un po' di stagno alle shunt,di conseguenza ho visto che l'ebs nel n fa più il suo lavoro cioè non sento più la frenatura elettrica cosa posso fare?

It could be controlled by MCU , so if it reads lower resistance then it disable EBS, or maybe you disconnected some wire or tiny tin drop somewhere

ean, that this is not good place for battery because of weight and center of gravity. I mean, that better is something like Dualtron Extender (I, II) or, if permanent weight is not problem, print deck riser and buit new battery layer under deck.

@@PirateWasHere Batteries can sleep horizontal under deck:) So not 8cm, only 2 or so, based on space under deck and battery types (21 vs 18) and added capacity and deck size :)

@@swenak how so ?!, 14s 1p will give you extra at best 5800mah , also cell 21xxx has 21mm diameter , dont forget about extra shrinktube, placing wiring safely, BMS and glass fiber cover So to achieve 15 000mah , battery starts to be kind of big ;) .

@@PirateWasHere Yes, it is based on size of scooter deck/body, how much you can add, you can do it as 1,5 layer, you can use 18650 with 18mm diameter and so. Only what I wrote is, that placement in video is not best, but, to by fair, som users have battery/bags on handlebar too :) Or as I wrote, Dualtron extender is other solution, placed directly on deck.
