Its been hard I've gotten better at it, but showing my feelings (any) was so hard for me to do with just anyone for a long time, when I've gone thru so much in my 36 yrs. I've worked on me for awhile now and been doing better, I am being patient yet consistent with myself to allow growth and healing to happen in order to move forward in a much healthier way. I am now about 9 yrs sober. Ive suffered since 19 with a genetic auto immune disorder aka anklyosing spondilitis. (Inflammation of the spine, entire sacrolitic joint area etc) which I have pain 24|7 in my lower back and the evenings are the worst. Im starting to love and appreciate myself for who I know I am. Not worry too much what others think, and try to stay as positive as possible knowing I have blessings daily. Thank you 😊

My sister Pisces. Autoimmune dease too. Raynard s & nurapathy. Constant pain....( Chronic. Daily. But I handle it. For 16 yrs. Implant gonna be removed. Surgery's. But it is what it is. Beets, tinkture , and . Tylenol. 😁👍♥️😔

Why I have no time for bull s........! No neggativety. No Mon I was ,3 cab late. But moon in Pisces I'm upbeat nurses cancers I read them All. I told Dr what sign she was with. I think I shocked her what I picked up while there. 😊 Today I got intuned with nature on my porch for ,3 hrs. I've never done that in 45 yrs being here.

I was in a pretty shitty relationship before. so now I’m trying to use my mind to practically make sure that I’m doing the right thing. So good. There is a rift between my daughter and I. She doesn't like my spiritual path as she is a rabid christian. I thought it was all about that, but it isn't. It's also about my fear of rejection stemming from childhood. So that complicates it, and it is something I have to go back and heal, but I am not sure how. Meanwhile, my daughter won't talk to me and won't let me see my grandchildren. sigh. Her path is not my path, and I get that.

The thing is I was open and we were healthy and then people take you for granted or think they are better than you and end up judging you when they were lucky you have them the time of day to begin with. I felt my feelings the good then the bad and now I'm done. I'm not sure if there's anything he can do to make it any be better after the last date we had and the last time we laid eyes on each other. He wrote some reflection letter and I don't want to open it. Some things said can't be taken back and I don't want to be triggered or baited into an emotional conversation. I'm done crying.

Man, Ali this was deep. You read the cards so well to my situation...messy, loving, matters of the good the bad and ugly I suppose. Because it's always messy. There's more mess than I would like there to be, but that's life right. As much as I try for it not to be, it just seems to remain...even when I know better i cant help but allow myself to wallow in this mess. If that makes any sense. LOL 🙂😌😕...usually by the end of me typing out my comment to you I have tears rolling down my face. I've cried so so soooo much that sometimes when my heart gets hurt and broken I can't stop.
